Why use a grease spray system

1. Improve the feed formula. Since the oil is sprayed after granulation, adding less oil to the mixing machine according to the formula can accelerate the mixing speed without affecting granulation. Moreover, spraying oil can reduce compression ratio and increase unit hourly yield.
2 . Reduced cross contamination. Due to the use of post addition technology, the residual oil on the processing equipment is reduced, thereby reducing the risk of cross contamination.
3. Improved the quality of feed. After granulation, oil spraying is carried out to improve the physical properties of the feed, resulting in a strong oil aroma, good palatability, reduced pulverization rate, and improved appearance quality of the particles.
After spraying with oil, the formula of DDGS, barley, and sorghum can be selected to replace corn and wheat according to changes in the raw material market, thereby reducing feed costs and improving efficiency.
5 . Spraying after using grease can improve granulation effect, increase feed hardness, reduce the number of ring molds, decrease the frequency of ring mold replacement, and lower production costs.
